If You Can't Budget, You Can't Govern

I find the irony of the Democrats not passing a budget this year amazing. After all the years of claiming a new era, the Democrats are incapable of producing a budget. Gerry Connolly, D-Va., told the Los Angeles Times, "Name one person who won or lost an election because they didn't get a budget resolution passed." Let's hope name #1 is Gerry Connolly.
