The Obama administration is blaming the Bush Administration, again, for another National Security goof. It seems that US observers will no longer be placed in Russia to count missiles. Of course the Obama administration said this was negotiated under the previous administration so their hands are tied. I see. You can't undo something from the last administration, like tax cuts, right? Sad.
