You cannot make this stuff up.....

You often hear people say, "you cannot make this stuff up" when something overly ridiculous happens to be true. Take for instance the Obama administration saying that jobs have been created in Congressional districts that don't exist. The administration claims that 30 jobs were saved or created in Arizona's 15th district. I think that's great news for the people in Arizona's 15th district, but when I looked at a Congressional map out of interest, I could only find 9 districts in Arizona. Oh well, I'll keep looking for that 15th district. I hear their office is on the 6th floor of the Cannon House Office Building.
