I agree James Lewis with that this is our number one threat. North Korea has a functioning nuclear weapons program and the capability to deliver a nuclear weapon in his region. Based on tests earlier this year, his reach is growing. Its the economy stupid.... Not its not. Its the crazy little tyrant waving his his nuclear weapon all over the pacific region.
