"Jack Kemp -- A Dissenting View" by Jerry Taylor (Cato Institute: Commentary)
Jack Kemp was a great communicator of ideas and a principled politician. Unfortunately, as Taylor notes, his platform failed address the growth of government. Here's to hoping that we can build on what he started and learn from where it went astray.
